Data controller

What this site does not do
The site uses no cookies, installs no analytics or profiling tools, contains no social buttons or content embedded from other sites, and has no contact forms. Fonts and images are hosted on the site itself: opening a page does not make your browser contact outside services.
Technical browsing data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the pages and protect them from abuse and attacks, Cloudflare processes the technical data of every request, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time. Cloudflare processes this data as a processor on my behalf, on the basis of the legitimate interest in running and securing the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and keeps it for the periods the provider sets for these purposes. I do not use this data to identify visitors.
If you email me
If you write to [email protected], I process your email address, your name and whatever you choose to share in the message, to reply and, if we start working together, to prepare a proposal and manage the engagement. The legal basis is replying to your request and taking steps before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Email is handled with Google Workspace.
I keep messages for as long as needed to handle the request; if an engagement follows, for its duration and for the periods Italian law requires for tax records. I do not share the data with others and do not use it for marketing.
Transfers outside the European Union
Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Both participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and apply the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR), by writing to [email protected]. If you believe the processing breaches the regulation, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. There is no automated decision making or profiling.
