What to include in your first email
- who you are: organization, sector and number of people;
- the phase you are going through and what is not working the way you would like;
- what you would like to achieve, and by when;
- whether there is already a budget, a funding call or a deadline to meet.
What happens next
I answer every message personally. If the topic is within my work, we set up a conversation with your leadership team, in person or by video call, to understand where the organization stands. If it makes sense to continue, you receive a written proposal with scope, timeline and fee agreed before any work starts.
If the topic is outside my work, I tell you straight away and, when I can, point you to the right professional.
Where I work
I am based in Brindisi, in the Puglia region of Italy, and I work across Italy and with international organizations active in Europe, on site when needed and remotely. I work in English and Italian.
