My work

Clarity first.
Then action.

I help owners and leadership teams of small and mid-sized businesses and nonprofits evolve their organizations: clearer decisions, processes that hold up under growth, people free to focus on what creates value.

Organizations of this size rarely have an innovation office or a chief operating officer looking at the whole picture. That is the role I fill as an outside consultant, a fractional COO: I read how the organization really works, find where time, resources and opportunities are lost, design tomorrow’s operating model with leadership and lead its implementation. I bring in AI where it creates a concrete advantage, with clear rules on governance, security and compliance with the EU AI Act and GDPR.

I bring more than ten years of responsibility for projects, budgets and teams across commerce, services and nonprofits. I have directed international programs and events with teams in more than ten countries, from conferences with over 1,400 participants to private meetings for executives, and I work regularly with US organizations active in Europe.

Alongside this, I’m a certified financial educator: I run financial literacy programs for schools, associations, companies and families.

How I work

Four principles.
Always.

  1. People decide.

Technology and AI prepare and support; decisions and outgoing communications stay with the people responsible for them.

  2. Start from what exists.

Existing tools, people and habits are the foundation, not an obstacle to tear down.

  3. No dependency.

The work has succeeded when the organization can move forward on its own.

  4. Confidentiality.

Client data, numbers and names stay where they belong.
