What management innovation means
Management innovation is the work that lets an organization carry its own growth: clear decisions, assigned responsibilities, processes that work even when the owner is away, numbers read in time to act on them.
Small and mid-sized businesses and nonprofits rarely have a chief operating officer or an innovation office looking at the whole picture. That is the role I fill from the outside, as a fractional COO. I read how the organization really works, design tomorrow’s operating model with leadership and lead its implementation, using technology and AI where they bring a concrete advantage.
I work with service companies, professional firms, associations and nonprofits, in Italy and with international organizations active in Europe.
